Time in the computer lab for kindergarten through second grade focuses on the basics of using a computer to create pictures and write simple sentences; all activities are developed with classroom teachers to support grade level standards.

Third through fifth grade students use their time in the computer lab to complete co-curricular projects. Students use a variety of technology tools including PowerPoint and HyperStudio. In fifth grade students also begin learning keyboarding skills; the goal is that every student type a minimum of 20 words per minute by yearend.

Junior High focuses on mastering software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. They use these tools to complete assignments for all subject areas. In addition seventh and eighth grade students learn to format their academic papers according to guidelines established by the Modern Language Association (MLA).
