Extended Care

Every day that school is in session, we are available to Extended Care is provide.
The program is structured with set times for outside play, homework time and
indoor activities.  This gives the children an opportunity to do a variety of activities
and enjoy the time they spend with us.  A snack is served each day.  On Mondays
and early dismissal days, please be sure to send a lunch with your child.

The registration fee for Extended Care is $15 and will be added to your first billing
Cycle of the year.  The cost for morning Care is $20 per month and afternoon
Extended Care is $5.50 per hour.  Billing is done on a monthly basis.  There is a
$25 charge if your child is not signed out and there is a late charge of $1.00 per
minute after 6 p.m.  There is a minimum charge of 1 hour for any child that is
signed into day care. A child is automatically signed into day care when he/she
is not picked up on time when school is out and the 1 hour minimum charge
applies.

For the safety of the children, it is very important that you and they follow the
Sign-in and sign-out procedures.  We will teach them to sign-in.  When you or
your authorized person comes to pick them up, you must come into the kinder-
garten classroom to sign them out. 

The school calendar indicates a few days when Extended Care is closed early or
closed all together.  We have made every effort to make these days as few as
possible but please pay attention to these dates.  We will be reminding you of
these dates as they approach.
