The wonders of Yosemite were great to see. I could tell when we first
arrived there that we were in Yosemite because there were some of the
biggest trees I've ever seen, extraordinary rock walls that were 2,000
feet tall, and wild animals running everywhere. Though I saw Half Dome,
El Capitan, and Nevada Falls, one of my Favorite sights was Vernal
Falls. It might have been only a trickle, but it was still awesome
because I was able to hike to the top and look down at the water
crashing below me. Another thing I liked was the Spider Caves.
Though I couldn't see until they lit the candle, I still thought it was
really cool to be climbing through a huge pile of boulders. When I
hiked with everyone, I learned a lot, and was able to experience things
hands on. Our naturalist taught us about trees, animals, and the
history of Yosemite. Being surrounded by all these great things made
this trip even better.
